In-vogue phrases that didn't make sense, until now

We all have a separate and unique journey when discovering spirit. I've been exposed to many seemingly cliche terms over the past few years while following others' journeys. Most of them sounded new-age, staged, and catchy for the sake of marketing. After a year plus of my personal meditation practice, many of these phrases make sense to me in a very personal way. I am starting to feel their definition as relevant to my day to day life. Here are a few examples:

Authentic self

We are all love

We are all one

Heart-centered

Ego/mind running the script

Letting go, surrendering

Divine timing

Trusting the universe
